"print command" minor issue

This is with 3.0.20b and it has probably been mentioned before as we are a
bit behind the curve upgrading from 2.x. I am just pointing it out
probably more for my reference then anything. I assume i missed this in
the documentation.

In the smb.conf file, if you specify "print command" before specifying
"printing" it won't keep the arguments to "print command" and will reset
them back to default. (it didn't work this way in the 2.x series.)
