winbindd password refresh

hi all,

i do the following procedure:
1. net join -Uadmin%admin
2. winbindd

then i use winbind services and all is fine.
as i understand my computer registers in DC with user "admin".
my question: does samba/winbindd takes care of refreshing the machine's
password
in DC or it should be done by me (let's say once a month)? i want winbindd
to run for
long periods of time (longer than two months) and need to make sure it runs
with no
errors regarding this issue
