Mangling + case sensitivity

Hi

Samba fails to find a file when the file name contains illegal windows
character and an extension + case sensitive is on.

For example if the fie name is file?file.a, mangling will convert it to
F1T0B~Z.A (upper case for extension)

When the user tries to access this file F1T0B~Z.A , mangling converts it
to file?file.A which can't match file?file.a because case sensitivity
is enabled.

Thanks
Dina
