3.0.21rc2 is now out. What about 3.0.21?

Heads up everyone,

The SAMBA_3_0_RELEASE tree has been frozen.  We think that
rc2 will become 3.0.21 with only minor changes (possible
compile fixes).  Please test and report feedback directly
to the list.  If we need to file a bugzilla report, we'll
do that after eva.uating if we have a guenuine bug. :-)

I would like to see the final 3.0.21 release the week
of Dec 12 (one week from Monday).
