Yeah, the named debugs are very verbose.  They seem to take up most of
the time (screen update time anyway) when running smbd at -d10.

Tridge suggested having a debug rpc flag in smb.conf somewhere.  It
probably makes sense to have many switches instead of one knob to
control the debug.  Maybe we could have both - turn on rpc debugs and
then wind them up to 11.
