"Trans2 request" after an "andx create request" problem (bug?)

You cannot batch a transaction after NT_CREATE_ANDX. Actually transactions
are not batchable at all. Also, note that it is unlikely that Samba or
other servers will support generic batching that isn't observed in Windows
clients.
