short utf8 char Message in clientlogfile

Hi together

I try to migrate from Samba 2.2.8a to 3.0.0. So i get the following Message
in the clientlog file on the sambaserver. When i do a search *.doc in the
explorer window on WinNT4.

 [2003/10/24 14:52:31, 0] lib/iconv.c:utf8_pull(472)
  short utf8 char
[2003/10/24 14:52:41, 0] lib/iconv.c:utf8_pull(472)
  short utf8 char
[2003/10/24 14:53:15, 0] lib/iconv.c:utf8_push(516)

[2003/10/24 14:53:15, 0] lib/iconv.c:utf8_push(516)
  short utf8 write

Can enyone help me
