Support for other iconv implementations

Hi,

I notice that configure/configure.in in Samba 3.0.0 only supports GNU 
libiconv. However, FreeBSD, and perhaps other systems, have support for 
iconv natively already.

I am thinking of adding support for iconv on FreeBSD which involves a 
slighly differently named include file (biconv.h) and library 
(libbiconv.{o,so}.

Does anyone know if it would be compatible?
