Ethereal now handles KRB5 pretty much in SPNEGO requests/responses

Hi,

Well, it turns out that Wes Hardaker did a pretty good job of the Kerberos 
5 dissector. 

It took me about 10 minutes after I sat down and looked at the issue, and 
I had it modified so I can call dissect_kerberos_main from other 
dissectors.

It seems like AP_REQ might not be dissected fully, but KRB_ERRORs 
certainly are. The trace I have has an error showing KRB_AP_ERR_SKEW!
