unable to print from 2000 to samba pdc

Hi,
After reinstalling Samba-2.2.7a (keeping my older smb.conf) the ability to print to a printer on the Samba PDC does not work. 

Cheap lexmark x52 

[printers]
        comment = All Printers
        path = /var/spool/samba
        printer admin = root
        guest ok = Yes
        printable = Yes
        printing = bsd
        print command = lpr -r -P%p %s
        lprm command =  /usr/bin/lprm -P%p %j 
        printer name = lp
        use client driver = Yes
        browseable = No

[lp]
        comment = Lexmark Z52 on Panda
        path = /var/spool/samba
        printable = Yes
        printing = bsd
        print command = lpr -r -P%p %s
        printer name = lp
        use client driver = Yes

any help is greatly appreciated.
