SWAT authentication problem

There is a bug in SWAT in 2.2.1a.  For a workaround, this
is what works for me:

1. Recompile by running 'make distclean', then run ./configure as normal
2. Now edit source/include/config.h, and comment out:

/*	#define HAVE_TRUNCATED_SALT 1 */

   as shown.

3. Proceed as normal with 'make' and 'make install'.
