Are you doing POSIX or not ? If not, please let me know so I
know where to point Samba users on *BSD's if it breaks.... :-) :-).

We already have to caution OpenBSD users against the use of tdb 
mmaps due to there being no coherent mmap/read/write cache (that's
not solely an OpenBSD problem as HPUX suffers from the same problem).
