freedce progress: work on TNG porting to freedce

regarding the message i sent yesterday:

as you may have noticed, the future direction for me
is to work on freedce and freedce-related projects,
specifically any nt interoperability projects.

to that end, TNG's NT-domain services need a total
rewrite (and if nothing else, they will need to
be made thread-safe as freedce is a threaded
environment, automatically)

therefore, i will not do any further development on
the release of samba-tng known as TNG 2.6.1 except
to assist, as the last cvs commit demonstrates, in
getting freedce up to speed with NT interoperability.

rpcclient _already_ has proved absolutely invaluable
in that role, and it _too_ will be a total rewrite
job, eventually.

all this will provide full NT / Win32 compatible
APIs - the Win32 registry API is a classic example -
and theoretically it should then be possible to
compile rpcclient under Win32... :)
