It sounds like you are running 98 domain logins.  This will not allow
you to integrate the Snap device into your domain.  There is a FAQ out
there, but I don't think it has ever been formally released (which
bugs the hell out of me).  Two of the important options you need to
set are:
security = user
domain logons = yes
