time sync problem

Hello!

net time works OK from command prompt, but if I add it into
user's login script I get following:

Z:\>net time \\etc /set /yes
Current time at \\etc is 6/25/2001 6:29 PM

System error 1314 has occurred.

A required privilege is not held by the client.

How to solve this problem?
