libsmbclient and browsing NT and Win9X workgroups: Evidence of bad things

Hi,

Further to my posts on this subject, testing I have just done with Win2K
reveals that even Win2K responds incorrectly, in my view, to a
GetBackupList request.

It sends the response back to port 138 even though the source port were
different and above 1023 in both the UDP header and NetBIOS datagram header.

The TDB trick is really needed.
