SAMBA memory growth problems

Hello,

I followed the discussion about memory usage.
Two weeks ago I posted a patch that add the const statement to many big 
constant structures. The patch was not applied since them. I don't know the 
reason, maybe anyone can explain why.

Applying this patch the .data segment gets lower and the .rodata ( shared 
memory ) grows so the global memory usage gets lower. 

There are many more structs that could be converted.
