samba-TNG unable to join domain

yes there is, you set up samba-tng as a bdc, therefore it's a bdc,
therefor you have one.

in other words, you need to do this:

rpcclient -S WIRED -Uwiredadminaccount%wiredadminpassword -l log
[wiredadminaccount at WIRED$ ] createuser YOURSAMBATNGBDCNAME$ -s -j

NOT, repeat, NOT, this:

rpcclient -S YOURSAMBATNGBDCNAME -Uwiredadminaccount%wiredadminpassword -l
log
[wiredadminaccount at WIRED$ ] createuser YOURSAMBATNGBDCNAME$ -s -j
