Hello, I am trying to encrypt a password, using the SMBencrypt function from the smbval library. I only wonder what the 'c8' variable (Encrypt_Key) is for. I looked in the code and found out it is received from the server. Is this really necessary, is it static or can I just use a 'random' value? Jelmer
