new lsarpcd daemon

If I start lsarpcd the smbpasswd error becomes:
# smbpasswd -a go
error connecting to <samba.ip>:445 (Connection refused)
error connecting to <samba.ip>:445 (Connection refused)
cli_nt_session_open: rpc bind failed. Error was RAP code 0
lsa query info failed
Can't setup password database vectors.
