[Honeywell used to be very good at becoming obsolete: they had
 an algorithm for it:
	given p::= old, q::= new, then
1.	p		(no q yet)			
2.	p == q		(q is usable by itself, too)
3.	p == p'		(p' is (message && q))
4.	p == p''	(p'' is just (message))
5.	!p		(no more p)
 I claim max packet/packet size could usefully go to 4...
 Honeywell the computer company is now at 4, heading for 5 (;-)0]
