Help needed for enabling wep keys

Can someone help me with this...

I am facing problems trying to enable the dynamic wep key on a Linux Machine. 

I am using Cisco AP1200 series and the cisco aironet 350 series pci card on RH 9.0 

On the Access point I enabled full encryption, specified the WEP key specified the broadcast WEP key rotation interval to 900. [Tried it with 0 also but no effect]. 

At the client level enabled the wep key [1] using iwconfig. Set the same key as specified in the access point. 

On running dhclient it is giving the following error... i.e it is not binding it to the ipaddress.

Could someone please help me in this and tell me what is
to help set-up the client by enabling dynamic wep keys
