Hi All

I have storted out the problem. Thanks for all the pointers.

The solution was to have the AP manager softweare on a W2K
box with the network of IP address in the 153.69.254.0/24 defined, ad the
firmware defaults to ip address of 153.69.254.254. (AP on Win2K because
it had a default config imagage witrh it).

The procedure is:

1. push reset button.
2. push forced reload button and hod for 5 sec.
3. When manin status light goes amber/orange user the AP manager to:

4. upload new software
5. upload default configuration/known confgiuration

6. restart and manage via the java console form linux as necessary.

Regards
