[ANNOUNCE] spectrum_cs 0.4.0 released

Hello!

Following the release of Orinoco 0.13d, I have released spectrum_cs driver
version 0.4.0.  The driver can be found here:

This release is based on Orinoco 0.13d.  Unlike previous releases, this
time the tarball includes everything that the original Orinoco has.

Considering that the previous release 0.3.7 was based on Orinoco 0.11b,
upgrading to version 0.4.0 will give you the results of many months of
hard work on the Orinoco driver.

However, there have been no changes in the firmware loading code.  It is
considered completely stable.

No additional patches have been applied to the code that came from the
Orinoco driver.

Following hardware is known to be supported:

- Symbol Wireless Networker CompactFlash card
- Socket Communications Low Power Wireless LAN CF Card
- Intel PRO/Wireless 2011B
