run "cardctl ident", and it'll provide some descriptive info for each 
PCMCIA card you've got plugged in.

ie, on my wireless router, I get this output:
Socket 0:
  product info: "Cabletron", "RoamAbout 802.11 DS", "Version 01.01", ""
  manfid: 0x0156, 0x0002
  function: 6 (network)
Socket 1:
  product info: "Cabletron", "RoamAbout 802.11 DS", "Version 01.01", ""
  manfid: 0x0156, 0x0002
  function: 6 (network)
