Just to drop that part in: the AP1000 uses a normal Orinoco card. They 
are available with 15dBm tx power (having a black antenna cap) and 8dBm 
tx power (having a red antenna cap). Most probably he will use the black 
cap card, so he has something about 32mW with this constellation.
