problems with new card

I cant figure out why I cant get my wireless card to work.  Help please.
Here are the outputs for all the commands.
This is a RH 7.3 w/ 2.4.19 with the modules built in (all nics).
Has a Orinoco/Lucent Technologies PCMCIA->PCI card with 2 PCI NIC's.
