Hello wireless,

A group of individuals, ***NOT*** any form of association AT ALL,
purely people from the community at large that have put their ideas,
comments and suggestions forward to be included in a submission...

We are calling for comments on our proposed very rough draft, and for
anyone else wishing to put their name to this document that will be
submitted to government.

I must stress once more this is an effort by individuals... and is NOT
by or for an association or similar...
