Error -5 writing Tx descriptor to BAP

I have been working with a orinoco silver for 2 month without problems.
The only change that i have made it is to upgrade to kernel-2.4.18-5 from
redhat updates. I have reading older post and orinoco Readme and this error
should be corrected since orinoco_cs 0.09a.
Now sometimes i get the following error:
eth2: Error -5 writing Tx descriptor to BAP
(many times...........................)

It has nothing to do with network load, as it happens at pcmcia start up and
without any network load!

Any clue?, what should i test? Do you need more information?
