AP IP and Mobile Units IPs

Hi,

  I need your help!. Is there a way that allows me to
know the IP address of the AP that I am connected to,
iwconfig only has the MAC address!. And on the AP, how
can I know the IPs of the clients connected to the AP.
I want to be able to extract this information at
runtime while my program is running to process it, I
am using Linux machines but I have no problem
switching to windows if thats more convenient.
