Transient Failure

I have just met with the vendors and they tell me that they believe that the
problem is the omnidirectional antennae, they are now proposing three grid
antennae with directional beams. they are of the opinion that there is
interference and that this will only affect one antennae if it is coming
from a particular direction. I shall suggest condensation/moisture as being
a possible cause however I have my doubts as our humidity is only around 15
- 20% in this area. They have apparently switched channels as well but to
no avail.
