Sticking to 2Mbit

Hi!
Im a happy user of Orinoco_cs Wireless driver. It works almost all the time.
I switched from kernel 2.4.17 to 2.4.18 that has newer drivers (using
Cabletron Roambout 11M cards)
and now I cant switch cards from 2Mbit/s to 11Mbit/s.
This worked before!

Any clues?
