Correct way of using the orinoco_cs driver

Hi David
The current source will compile, if you put it in the Linux wireless
directory in the kernel tree.
But
I does not work with the Zoomair 4100 I get a huge number of errors and no
traffic at the other end. (This is in ad-hoc mode)
