Cliproxy Problem

Hi,
  I am unable to load the configuration of an AP
remotely. I have an AP 1000 attached to a computer
that acts as a router. When I issue a show
accesspoints command, I am able to detect the AP and
it shows:
AP-1000_01UT25251 0002.2d19.9ac9 172.16.4.10    
AP-1000      V3.78 SN-01UT2525

However, if I try to load the remote configuration,
this happens:
[root at munin cliproxy]# ./cliproxy -h 172.16.4.10 -p
public       
% Timeout communicating with remote device.
% Error during download of remote configuration.

Tcpdump shows 3 SNMP messages going to the AP, yet the
AP doesnt respond. Can anyone give me any idea about
what might be going wrong!. Could it be the password!.
