I have a big problem with 2 ZyAir 100

[geo at server.quantum.ro]

i have configurated them adn thy work fine but only for a few hours.
after that in a iwconfig ....

the same on the client ...
after that i can't get them work for a few hours .. can someone help me 
with that ? Please ..
