	Shared IRQs. What a pain in the ***. They always gets us into
troubles.

	Probably an interrupt issue. Check if irqs are delivered to
the card.

	And, what else ? What happened after that ? Did you tried to
iwconfig the card to see if it hooked to an AP ? Did you try to send
traffic ?
