orinoco_plx 0.08a - no IRQs

searching the Netgear driver CD I found a utility (NA301 subdir) that is
provided for refreshing the NA301 eeprom when "spurious iterrupts"
occur. I've vo idea what spurious IRQs might be and it doesn't work on
my card (timout error), but maybe this has to do with our problems? It's
just a 1k COM executable, so it might be easy to analyse...
