	Do the two cards have the same firmware revision ? Under
Windows, usually, you need to match the driver version and firmware
version.
	Yes, the Linux driver works with all firmware rev, but don't
get used to that too much...

	Also, make sure that your ad-hoc mode matches (IBSS vs
demo).
