Sate of network in Kambah ACT

Hi,

I have moved to the southside, and still interested in wireless
networks.

I've got an apple airport base station running FreeBSD and need a
network to connect to!
Planning on one link already down across drakeford drive in kambah.

 From memory, theres quite a few wireless people in Kambah.
Is the idea of connecting people up for non-commercial reasons (i.e games!)
still exist?
