This error occurs on a number of cards.  It is an error reported by
the firmware when accessing the card's memory.  Unfortunately we
haven't been able to figure out exactly what causes it to occur.
Despite the error messages are you able to receive and transmit data?

Could you please also give me the full model information on the card,
including the output from 'cardctl ident' and all the startup messages
from the driver (particularly the "Firware ID" message).
