Im trying to get my orinoco gold card to comunicate with the 3com airconnect
AP.
Has anyone actually got this to work?
Is there compatability problems with orinoco_cs and this AP?
I'm running linux 2.4.5.with orinoco_cs compiled as a module. I get all
modules to load, and seemingly configure the card. The result of the
configurations below, is the flashing light on the card blinks when I try to
ping the AP. The AP sees the orinoco as a wireless client as well as the RF
transmission(ping), but instead of recognizing it as a normal data
packet(which is what happens when i ping the AP with the orinoco card
underwindows), the packet registers under the BC/MC catagory. Below are my
configurations. I am new at this so any and all advice is welcome and
appreciated.
Thanks
Mike
