how to build smbtorture usig static linked libraries

Hello all:

The samba source code version I am using is 4.1.13.
I have to questions:
1. how to only build smbtorture and its dependency libraries? (when execute
./configure and make, it will build everything)
2. how to build smbtorture dependent libraries as static libraries and link
them statically?
