Dear Sir or Madam,

I want to integrate my Ubuntu-PC into a Windows 2003 domain. I am using the samba4-clients pack. That works so far... but my domain user doesn't get the uid, which is given in the active-directory.
How do I configure the smb.conf so, that my PC get the uid from the active-directory.

Here is my smb.conf...

[global]
        workgroup = short domain name
        realm = domain name
#       server string = %h 000a5e075b5e
        security = ads
        obey pam restrictions = Yes
        password server = domain controller
        pam password change = Yes
        passwd program = /usr/bin/passwd %u
        passwd chat = *Enter\snew\s*\spassword:* %n\n *Retype\snew\s*\spassword:* %n\n *password\supdated\ssuccessfully* .
        unix password sync = Yes
        syslog = 0
        log file = /var/log/samba/log.%m
        max log size = 10000
        socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNDBUF=8192
        local master = No
        domain master = No
        preferred master = No
#      Adressen der WINS Server
        wins server = Wins-Server
        panic action = /usr/share/samba/panic-action %d
        idmap backend = rid
        idmap uid = 9998805-199999999
        idmap gid = 10000000-50000
        template shell = /bin/bash
        template homedir = /home/%D/%U
        winbind enum users = no
        winbind enum groups = no
        winbind use default domain = Yes
        winbind nss info = rfc2307
        idmap config * : range = 9998805-199999999
        idmap config * : backend = rid
        winbind separator = /
        client use spnego = yes
        client ntlmv2 auth = yes
        restrict anonymous = 2
        os level = 2
        encrypt passwords = yes

Anbei meine smb.conf... (siehe oben)
