Samba-Client blocked by firewall

Hannes,

Your problem continues to intrigue me. Can you eventually connect with 
your Linux client by hard-coding your share's server's IP address ? This 
would at least exclude the possibility of naming services (DNS/WINS) not 
functioning properly because of your firewall.
