smbclient and names with accents.

Hi there!

I'm trying to print on a PostScript printer
served by a Win98 machine, from my PC equipped
with Debian Linux 2.2.
The point is that 'smbclient' is not able to resolve
the remote machine (even if I provide the
explicit IP address).
I suspect that the problem lies in the fact that
the (NetBIOS ?) name of the machine is a spanish
one with an accented "í". In fact, the procedure
is essentially the same I use to print (successfully)
on another Win95 machine that has a "plain" name.

Are there any trick in order to pass the accented
name to the shell and to smbclient?

Thanks in advance to everyone.

Cristian
