[Samba] Subject: Penetration Testing Tools for Samba AD DC (version 4.23.6)

Hello Samba Team,

My name is Mohamed, and my major is Information Technology. I have some
questions about Samba AD DC.

To be honest, in the past few days I have started learning Active Directory
penetration testing. I have an Ubuntu 26.04 server running Samba AD DC
version 4.23.6.

My first question: Are there penetration testing tools specifically
designed for Samba AD DC, similar to those available for Windows Server
acting as an AD DS role?

My second question: Do penetration testing tools that target Windows Server
AD DS work effectively in a Samba AD DC environment?
