[Samba] Samba allocates too much memory

prints a possibly largish dump of all talloc objects with names and 
their hierarchy.

I'd run it on an smbd when it is fresh and monitor smbd memory 
consumption at some interval to spot a process that starts growing rss, 
to then run the command on the pid.
