Hello.

I'll tell you what I know/use.
Can't help with the rest, but if you have any further specific question
maybe I can check my settings.

Same here, but "zfs version" gives 2.2.7! Why does yours differ (on 14.3)?

Same here.

I'm using "security=ADS", but this should not matter.
I'm not using ACLs, though: I think this still shouldn't matter, but I'm
not sure.

I use:
vfs objects=fruit streams_xattr shadow_copy2 full_audit
fruit:wipe_intentionally_left_blank_rfork = yes
fruit:delete_empty_adfiles = yes
fruit:nfs_aces=no
fruit:metadata = stream
fruit:encoding = native
fruit:resource = xattr
fruit:nfs_aces = no
I don't have any AppleDouble file, but I see .DS_Store files. Not sure
if that is acceptable for you.
I do see DosStream.com.apple.metadata:_kMDItemUserTags.
I'm not sure my users can work with tags properly (I'm not there to try).
bye
av.
