[Samba] Issue on second domain controller

I have added a fourth DC to my domain. 2 windows dc's that will go
away soon and 2 samba DCs. No issues during install/join or
verification. DNS is updated and works across the domain.

# samba-tool drs showrepl
ERROR(<class 'samba.drs_utils.drsException'>): DRS connection to
hp-srv13.XYZ.se failed - drsException: DRS connection to
hp-srv13.XYZ.se failed: (3221226047, 'No service is operating at the
destination port of the transport on the remote system.')

# samba-tool visualize reps - does show the complete topology ( 4
nodes) on both Samba DC's.

The showrepl command works on the other nodes and shows the hp-srv13
in the replication status fields. Also, if I type

# samba-tool drs showrepl hp-srv12 (the other Samba DC) on hp-srv13,
there is no error message. Same correct output as on hp-srv12.

The smb.conf files are identical on both srv12 and srv13 (except the
hostnames oc).

Any ideas?
