[Samba] Samba ADDC server migration

Hi everybody.

I would like to ask for your advice. I use old samba addc server and two slave nodes synced by rsync ( one as a backup, second one at small company branch ) Samba is version 4.9.5 on debian 10.
I decided to install new devuan servers and I would like to migrate domain into it and start some tests with Windows11. Is there some recommended approach?

I tested many ways, samba-tool backup, tar /var/lib/samba folder including acls, ... but I always stuck at problem with GPO synchronization by windows clients. Error message says: It is not possible to read GPT.INI file from GPO {.......} All permissions are correct and ntacls sysvolcheck is OK.
I searched for some info at internet, read samba wiki which is quite old, but nothing worked for me.
